Meet the Artist ~ Skyy 🌺

Hello. My name is Skyy, and I am a 21 year old part time college student, part time retail worker, and part time jewelry artist from southern California.

I started SSJ in the summer of 2022 after years of being inspired by picturesque jewelry and handmade creations.

Up until today, I am the main jewelry artist and director of all business activities (but will be looking into delegating some work as we grow).

How SSJ Started

Throughout my life, jewelry has always been an important part of my fashion. From rainbow loom rubber band bracelets to Claire's friendship necklaces, jewelry has been a means of expression. Sure, the styles were cute, but the materials weren't; the cheap brass and copper jewelry would always turn my fingers and neck green after regular wear and water exposure. After taking advice from my grandmother (who was an expert with her massive jewelry collection), I found the most affordable quality materials to look for were sterling silver and stainless steel.

Today, I want to incorporate these quality materials and share my unique style of jewelry with you!
