Refund policy

Only handmade Jewelry and accessories can be repaired at no extra cost up to 30 days from the delivery date (Limited to one free repair per item). Please email us at shiningskiesjewelry@gmail.com if you would like to get your jewelry repaired.

All jewelry and accessories can be refunded if it is damaged when received. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please email us at shiningskiesjewelry@gmail.com. We will respond within 2 full business days with instructions on how to file a refund or for you to be sent a new one.

If an item is defective within 30 days of arrival, please contact shiningskiesjewelry@gmail.com. Depending on the situation, you may be refunded or sent a new item. After the 30 days of the product's arrival, we are not responsible for any damages.
